Vegan Curious is a woman owned pop up bakery offering plant based/vegan & gluten free cookies and treats that taste traditional. By using high quality alternative ingredients to eggs and dairy to lessen the impact of factory farming on our environment, we can recreate the traditional tastes you know and love and I promise you won’t know the difference!

I was vegan for 5 years and am currently a “flegan”, meaning “flexible vegan.” Eating entirely plant based felt very restrictive, time consuming, and wasn’t always within my budget. Realizing the privilege that it takes to be completely vegan inspired me to start a bakery and a business to connect people to delicious plant based options without the markup for “buzzy” words like plant based or vegan. My cookies are BIG and gourmet and I strive to not use any added artificial colors or flavors to my creations.

Making food and feeding people is a way to connect to my childhood, my creativity, and my yearning for community. In a world where we are taught to be so individualistic and look out for ourselves, I want to reconnect. When I’m not in the kitchen you can find me snuggled on the couch with my partner Silas and our one eyed cat Ramona.
